Christopher Mike Bantom did not win a gold medal. He was part of the team who until this day refused the silver medals offered in Munich after the game “ended” multiple times before the Soviets outscored USA.
The third player isn’t John Zipp.
Hint – he is 1 of 2 of Jack McKinney’s players from the early 70’s to become a doctor.
