Peoplehood Parade celebrates diversity

Spiral Q, a Philadelphia-based arts organization, hosted the 23rd annual Peoplehood Parade and Pageant Oct. 28. Activist groups and community members marched in solidarity with people experiencing oppression and discrimination.
