Spring is almost here, albeit through cold, then hot, then not weather. But our mid-semester break is days away. Whether you’re planning to hunker down at home or travel somewhere fun for Spring Break, most students will have a whole week with no academic responsibilities. It’s extremely important to have this time away from campus, classes and school work to decompress from the past eight weeks of the spring semester. We’ve all been working hard, of course, getting through another year of a global pandemic. We are deserving of some relaxation.

College can be a time of hard work and stressful deadlines, so appreciate the days off where you can adhere to your own schedule. Spring Break could be a time to connect with loved ones, some you may have not seen for a while, to practice self-care and to gear up for the second half of the semester. May will be here sooner than you think, so let’s all rejuvenate before the final push. We can’t wait to see all you Hawks well rested and refreshed when we come back to campus!
